If for any reason you want to return your order you can return it to us in a resalable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. If you would like an exchange please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
In addition to our standard 30 days returns policy, we offer an extended holiday season returns policy to make gift purchasing even easier. Orders placed from Monday, November 4, 2024 can be returned until Monday, January 6, 2025.

All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached. When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box to prevent damage during shipping. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear, by accident or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date you received it. If you have owned your item for longer than this then please contact Customer Care.
Your order should be returned to us within the returns policy period relevant to your order. Returns sent back after the returns policy period may be accepted at our discretion.
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or future orders being refused.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
